To cut the materials
革の状態を見ながら型紙に沿って丁寧に裁断します。バッグの形を決める最初の大切な工程です。
We carefully cut each piece along the pattern, assessing the leather. This step defines the overall shape.
漉く
To skive the leather
革の厚みを部分ごとに調整し、重ねても縫いやすいように整えます。均一さと繊細さが求められる工程です。
We thin the leather precisely where needed, allowing clean layering and smooth stitching.
抜く
To cut out with a die
金型を使ってパーツを正確に抜き取ります。形が揃うことで、仕上がりの美しさが生まれます。

塗る
To polish and coat the edge
裁断面のコバを整え、磨き、保護する工程です。丁寧な仕上げが、長く使える強さと上質さにつながります。

縫う
To sew materials
工業用ミシンでパーツを正確につなぎ合わせ、立体的に仕立てます。美しい縫い目と強度を両立させる工程です。
